A peaceful haven by the sea
Swim into a sea of silence in this beautiful apartment on the south shore of Ajaccio. A stunning sea view, a beach within walking distance, and a lovely private garden make it the perfect place to unwind: no overlooking neighbors, no traffic, just pure happiness to enjoy in complete serenity.
At our place, there are no extra fees for your dog (and/or cat) and no limits on number, size, weight, or breed — they’re part of the family!
The apartment occupies the garden level of a villa, with a completely independent entrance and private garden, ensuring peace, privacy, and tranquility.
🏡 The living spaces
The entrance opens onto a spacious and welcoming 40 m² living area, featuring a fully equipped kitchen (fridge with freezer, ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, and dishwasher). The dining table faces the sea, while the TV area includes a comfortable sofa bed. A sleeping nook separated by blackout curtains offers two single beds.
A hallway leads to the master bedroom (160 cm bed) and the bathroom with shower. All windows overlook the sea and the garden, allowing you to enjoy the view throughout the day.
👉 We don’t have a bidet… but the Italian coffee maker is here ☕😉
🌿 Outdoor areas
At the entrance, a covered terrace with tables and chairs awaits you — perfect for leisurely breakfasts, sunset aperitifs, or simply listening to the sea.
🐾 Four-legged friends are welcome
Your furry companions are free to enjoy the fully fenced garden. Would you like to enjoy an excursion that is not suitable for your dog? We’ve got everything covered! Upon request, we can arrange a trusted dog sitter who will take care of your friend and ensure they enjoy a pleasant day filled with attention, care, and companionship.
🐔 A touch of countryside charm
The lower part of the garden, separated and secured by gates, is our hens' house. You may hear them chatting in the morning (don’t worry — there’s no rooster!). If you’d like to share a few fruit or vegetable scraps with them, they’ll be delighted… and when the weather isn’t too hot, they might thank you with a few fresh eggs 🥚
